The 1st Annual Gurnee American Legion Ruck March and Family Hike will take place on Saturday, June 11th at 8 AM to support local veteran and community programs. Starting at Gowe Park on the Des Plaines River Trail (behind Warren High School - O'Plaine Campus), the out and back course will feature total distances of 7 miles, 7 kilometers (4.35 miles) or 1 mile to choose from.
If you are a veteran or active duty personnel member, Cub Scout or Boy Scout or individual who would like to take part in a fun and uplifiting event to support your community, we invite you to participate. Registration is only $10 per participant with water, gatorade and snacks provided along the course.
